The gospel of Jesus Christ changes lives through this ministry, including the lives of patients, participants, and others involved. The prayers of the MMI family are the fuel behind the work of caring for the spiritual and physical needs of the world's poor.

Through prayer the MMI family joins God and each other at work around the globe. Participants pray for patients and communities while serving on missions. Numerous others faithfully pray for MMI work daily and at their churches and Bible studies.
