Privacy Policy
Medical Ministry International (MMI) does not require web site visitors to provide
any personal information unless the visitor chooses to do so. If the visitor chooses
to provide MMI with personal information by sending an e-mail to a member of its
staff, or by filling out an application form with personal information and submitting
it through the website, MMI will use that information to respond to the message
and to provide the visitor with the information requested.
For each visitor to MMI's web site, MMI's web server automatically records the visitor's
domain name (where possible), and uses cookies only to track visitors' accesses
on the MMI site. E-mail addresses and other personal information are not gathered
by the server unless specifically submitted by the visitor through a form on the
site. The information collected is used for internal review and processing. It also
helps improve the content of our Web site.
MMI maintains that it is our responsibility to keep all participant's personal information
and donor records in highest confidentiality. To that end, MMI will never sell or
lease personal information to any commercial third parties. At times, a trip participant's
contact information may be provided to fellow participants for the purpose of coordinating
the team and supplies for a particular trip.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration
of the information under our control. MMI records and servers are kept in a locked
facility, with access privileges only given to authorized personnel. All severs
are secured while unattended.
